We offer a range of delivery options, as follows:
- Parents are invited to place orders for free to school delivery: orders are sent to the school at the middle and end of the month. This is for schools that are opted in to the ship to school option.
- If your order is due during the school holidays, your order will be delivered during the first week of the school term; all customers will be updated on the progress of the order via the tracking system.
- Parents are invited to order online for home delivery: all orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible; we aim to deliver to UK mainland addresses within 14 working days (excluding bank holidays), although often the turn-around time is considerably shorter.
Please leave Delivery options for Courier if you are out.( For example, In shed/Porch or Neighbours house). Goods must be left in a safe place. Goods are left at owners risk please see T&Cs. Our courier service will attempt delivery and leave a card containing information about collection in the event that you are out; it is also possible for your order to be placed in a secure location if you are out and have advised this instruction; if the delivery fails more than twice, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to discuss collection. If the parcel delivered by the courier arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us; if you notice the goods have been damaged in transit and you have already signed proof of delivery, please contact us before 3pm the next working day or your claim will be void.
We will contact you as soon as possible if we are unable to deliver your uniform order within the specified time; you can arrange an alternative delivery date or cancel the order. We will not assume liability for any penalties or damages caused by a delay in delivery.
We aim to dispatch all uniform orders to UK mainland addresses within 14 working days (excluding bank holidays); however, at peak times (July and August), processing may take a little longer and we advise parents to order well in advance of the start of term (we recommend 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the new term) to ensure orders arrive in time.
The delivery fee for UK mainland addresses is £5.99.
We use the DPD courier service which is a next day delivery service. Please ensure you enter your address and postcode correctly when ordering.
